We would like to inform you that, effective June 1, 2024, we will be charging a direct debit fee per transaction for customers with late payments. This fee will be added to your outstanding balance and will be based on the number of transactions, including both successful and unsuccessful transactions.

Please note that no fee will be charged if the direct debit transactions are performed on the due date. To avoid incurring additional fees, we encourage you to make your payments on time.
