Why do we need you:

We need someone who can spot the risks no one sees, draft the clauses no one questions, and help us grow without stepping out of bounds. You bring clarity, confidence, and sound judgment to every decision.

What you’ll do:

• Reviewing and drafting contracts.
• Conducting legal research and to keep abreast of all applicable laws relating to the company’s operations and to advise accordingly to coincide with any appropriate subsequent legal changes.
• Managing litigation files.
• Liaising with fellow professionals on behalf of JCL, e.g. lawyers, auditors, and government officers.
• Assist in the conducting of legal awareness study group sessions and the drafting of standard operating procedures for regulatory compliance.

What we’re looking for:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy/Finance or another business-related field or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Proactive team player who can work independently.
• Possess good communication & presentation skill
