Q1. What role does the admin team play in the company’s success?
Admin Team plays important role in ensuring that the company’s daily operations run smoothly. We handle many of the behind-the-scenes tasks that allow other departments to focus on their core responsibilities. For example, account team mainly handle company financial accounts including payable, receivable, finance transactions and etc. For us HR Team, we manage documentation, maintaining records to supporting staff needs, staff compensation and benefit including to ensure all staff comply with company policies. In short, Admin Team are the backbone that supports the company’s structure and helps maintain efficiency and supporting every department so they can focus on their main goals.

Q2. What’s one process or system you helped improve?
One of the systems I helped improve was the evaluation process for probation staff executive level. My HOD gave me a new task during my probation period to create a new clearer evaluation form and process including setting timelines, standardized criteria, and reminders for supervisors to conduct reviews on time. This change helped ensure that every probation staff is properly assessed, and that both employees and supervisors have a better understanding of performance expectations. It also made the confirmation process more transparent and well-documented, which I believe is important for both fairness and staff motivation.
Q3. How do you handle high-pressure situations or tight deadlines?
Working in HR means unexpected things can happen anytime include from last-minute staff issues to sudden management requests. When that happens, I remind myself to stay calm and focus on one thing at a time. I usually start by listing priorities, do a checklist, communicating clearly with my team and delegate task when possible.

Q4. What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part is seeing the positive impact of what we do. Whether it’s helping a new employee feel welcomed on their first day, assisting someone with their HR concerns, or completing a project smoothly. it feels good knowing that my work have a impact in company especially when creating a feedback form, conduct event or activity in company. HR is about people, and every time I can make someone’s workday a little easier, happy or better.
Q5. How do you stay organized and efficient in your work?
In order to be organize, I make a checklist, plan every task and all notes given by my superiors. By doing all that, it makes every task easier. Communicating with my teams also help me to complete every task efficient and I able to delivery it in compete manner. I use checklists, reminders, and clear schedules to stay on track with deadlines and daily tasks. For example, book my own schedule so when I look back at my schedule I can check the important task that I need to do. I also review my priorities at the start and end of each day.
