Q1. What’s a typical day like for you in operations?
A typical day as a credit analyst starts with checking reports and reviewing team updates. We usually have a morning briefing to align on priorities and address any issues from the previous day. Although the tasks can be similar, each day brings new challenges that require quick thinking and coordination. Over time, this role has really helped me strengthen my problem-solving and communication skills.
Q2. Can you share a moment when your team overcame a tough challenge?
One of the most challenging periods I can recall was during a short month when our team faced a shortage of manpower. Despite the pressure, we managed to overcome the situation by working closely together and maintaining a positive mindset. We believed that with teamwork and commitment, we could handle any challenge and ensure our operations continued running smoothly.
Q3. How do you ensure smooth coordination across departments?
I ensure smooth coordination across departments through good communication. Effective communication is important because we often need to help and support each other. I also make sure to guide and assist my team whenever they need help.
Q4. What’s one improvement or innovation you’ve contributed to?
One improvement I’ve made is helping keep our credit assessment work more organized. Even though I’m still new in this role, I always try to make my analysis clear and easy for others to review. I also take note of feedback from my seniors and apply it to improve the next time. It’s a small step, but I think it helps our work run smoother and shows that I’m learning and growing in this role.

Having good colleagues and positive support from everyone in the office motivate me everyday working as credit analyst.
