Q1. What motivated you to stay with the company for over three years?
The career growth I’ve experienced at JCL, along with the company’s strong future potential, has been a key factor in my decision to stay for more than three years and to continue growing here. I joined JCL as an intern when I was just starting out, and the company has provided me with countless opportunities for development and advancement. JCL has empowered me to reach my full potential and pursue my professional aspirations with confidence.
Q2. How has the company changed since you first joined?
The company has grown rapidly since I first joined. I joined JCL during its initial growth stage. Since then, JCL has developed new products, made system enhancements, and focused on staff education to improve overall performance. These efforts have helped stabilize the company in the market, and we are now looking forward to further growth and gaining more market share.
Q3. Can you share a moment when you felt especially proud to be part of this team?
I felt especially proud to be part of this team when I saw the company continue to grow after I joined. The growth wasn’t just in terms of sales and profits, it also showed in how the company genuinely cares for its employees. At JCL, I’ve experienced significant growth in both my personal and professional development. Professionally, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of the finance industry in a management role, improved my leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and learned how to drive sales and market share more effectively. Personally, I’ve grown in confidence, communication, and management especially through the opportunities I’ve had to take on more responsibilities and advance my career.
