How can I find out my full settlement amount?
You may send an email to inquiry@bpartnergroup.com. Kindly provide the necessary information such as your full name, IC number, and purpose of email.
What is the late penalty charge?
The late payment will be charged five percent interest (5%) per annum for Credit Sales or eight percent (8%) per annum for Hire Purchase toward the amount in arrears.

The customer can request for their statement by sending an email to inquiry@bpartnergroup.com. Kindly include information such as the full name, IC number, and purpose of email.
How do I know when to make my first payment?
JCL will send you an email with information regarding the first payment and payment methods.
What are the types of payments?
You have the choice of making your monthly payments through JomPay or direct debit. However, your first payment must be made through JomPay regardless of which option you choose.
Where can the customer apply for the loan?
The customer can walk in to our panel dealers or apply online.
How do I apply to become a merchant for JCL?
You should contact the JCL representative responsible for merchants in your region. Please refer to this list for contact information to begin the application process.
What products are eligible for the credit sale?
All products covered under the law of credit sales will be considered for JCL loans.
Are there any types of customers that will be automatically rejected?
Customers working in the army are not eligible for JCL loans.
What are the documents required to become one of JCL’s merchants?
Latest two (2) years financial statements. Latest six (6) months of bank statements. Latest SSM registration certificate. Copy of identity card (IC) of all directors.
Can the customer apply for a device but it is not for their own use?
Yes, they can, but only for parents, spouses, and siblings who are above the age of 18-years old.
