Due to the power outage, the payment related information (on Account Detail page) in our mobile app, J-Clicks, may take some times to be reflected and recovered. We sought for your patience for the recovery and updates of the latest and accurate payment details.

Please rest assured that the other app functions such as view account, view arrangement, e-Mandate registration, make payment and others, would be available after the recovery of power.

Kindly perform your transactions/applications before downtime takes place to minimize any potential disruption.
