Q1. What’s a typical day like for you in operations?
As an Admin Executive in the Credit Recovery department, I begin each day by reviewing daily tasks and ensuring that all processes are running smoothly to support the team. My responsibilities span a wide range of functions, including coordinating internal requests, updating systems, preparing reports, and managing various administrative duties to ensure both the Credit Recovery department and other teams have the resources they need. A key aspect of my role also involves liaising with external stakeholders such as warehouses, bidders, and buyers to maintain efficient workflows and uphold compliance with established standards.

Q2. Can you share a moment when your team overcame a tough challenge?
There was a time when our team was called to support the Credit Recovery Department during a period of limited manpower and urgent case influx. Despite having restricted access and a lean team, we quickly adapted by temporarily adjusting our processes to meet the demands. Through effective coordination and focused execution, we successfully managed all urgent tasks and ensured every case was completed within the required deadline.
Q3. How do you ensure smooth coordination across departments?
Effective communication, accountability, and standardized processes are essential especially when multiple departments are involved. By utilizing structured templates, sharing clear information, and maintaining consistent follow-ups, we help ensure alignment across teams and minimize the risk of miscommunication or delays.

Q4. What’s one improvement or innovation you’ve contributed to?
I led the restructuring of our internal document filing system to address navigation issues and reduce duplication. After consulting the team, I implemented a standardized naming convention and logical digital folder structure, which accelerated document retrieval and improved consistency. This change noticeably increased operational efficiency, particularly when managing urgent cases and audits.
Q5. What keeps you motivated in your role?
I am motivated by knowing my support enables the team to deliver better service to colleagues and clients. I take pride in serving as the backbone of behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring processes run smoothly, resolving issues, and improving efficiency. Being a reliable resource for the team is fulfilling, and each day presents an opportunity to make a tangible difference.
