Job Descriptions:
- To sell and cross-sell Personal Loan products (indoor sales).
- To ensure that all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.
- Build rapport and relationship with the customers to establish loyalty and repeated sales and increase product holding.
- Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Company.
- Increase our customer base by proactively acting on leads from our database and setting up appointments with potential customers and follow up activities.
- To have best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Experienced in Microsoft Office application including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
