“Back with fresh perspective: leading with empathy, focus, and steadiness.”
#Return Journey After ML #Long Service
Q1. What inspired you to return to the company after your time away?
Becoming a mother reshaped how I view time, priorities, and connection. It taught me to lead with calm, to listen deeply, and to stay present even in uncertainty. These are the same qualities I now bring into my role. I returned because I believe in the company’s direction and because I knew I could contribute with renewed clarity, empathy, and purpose.

Q2. How has the company evolved since you first joined and since you returned?
Since returning, I’ve seen how the company has evolved to truly value its people. There’s more openness to flexible work, life transitions are supported, and a stronger commitment to inclusive leadership. That shift reflects a maturing culture, one I’m proud to be part of.
Q3. What does being Mid-Management mean to you after rejoining?
After returning from maternity leave, I see mid-management as more than a position it’s a responsibility to lead with intention. It’s where I balance strategic goals with the human side of work. It’s not just about managing it’s about guiding, supporting, and being a steady presence through change. So I now see this role as a chance to guide with clarity, support growth, and create stability in times of change.

Q4. Can you share a moment that reaffirmed your decision to come back?
Having stepped away, I brought a fresh perspective that helped reframe how we approached communication and collaboration. The team’s response was open and encouraging. it reminded me that my experience still holds weight, and that returning wasn’t just about resuming a role, but about continuing to shape the culture.
