Q1. What motivated you to stay with the company for over three years?
I have always been motivated by the positive working environment and the opportunities for continuous learning at JCL Credit Leasing. The company’s trust and support encouraged me to perform at my best and stay committed to contributing to its growth. Additionally, the strong sense of teamwork, open communication and the culture of recognizing effort and achievement have reinforced my loyalty. Knowing that my contributions make a tangible impact on the company’s success has also been a key motivator.
Q2. How has the company changed since you first joined?
Since joining in 2019, I have witnessed significant improvements in our digital infrastructure and operational efficiency. The company has evolved into a more technology-driven organization, with stronger systems and innovative solutions supporting business expansion. The team structure has become more collaborative, cross-department initiatives have increased, and there is a greater focus on employee development and training programs. These changes have made the company more agile, forward-looking and adaptive to industry trends.
Q3. Can you share a moment when you felt especially proud to be part of this team?
I felt especially proud when our IT team successfully completed many system enhancements that improved overall performance and reduced downtime. It was a clear demonstration of teamwork, commitment and the company’s dedication to progress. Another memorable moment was mentoring new team members and seeing them grow into confident professionals. It reminded me of the supportive culture that exists within JCL and the impact our team can have on the company’s future.
Q4. What personal or professional growth have you experienced here?
Over the years, I have grown into a more confident and capable leader. Managing projects and guiding my team have strengthened my leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. I have also gained exposure to strategic decision-making, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration. Personally, I have become more adaptable and solution-focused, learning how to handle challenges with resilience and composure. The company has provided a supportive platform for both personal and professional development, encouraging me to continuously strive for excellence.
