“Promoted for inner growth: I lead by taking ownership, empowering others, and turning doubt into drive.”

Q1. What does being promoted mean to you personally?

To me, a promotion represents growth not just in title or position, but in understanding. It’s about reaching a deeper level of awareness and maturity in how I approach work and people. Achievements are just the external outcomes of that inner growth; what matters most is the progress you make in mindset and capability.

Q2. What challenges did you overcome to reach this milestone?

One of the biggest challenges was proving my capability at a young age. There will always be doubts, and I completely understand that age can sometimes make people question your readiness. But instead of letting that discourage me, I took it as motivation to work harder.

Q3. How has your role evolved since you first joined?

When I first joined, I wanted to do everything and help everyone. Over time, I learned that real growth means learning to delegate to trust others with responsibilities and empower them to perform. It’s not about doing everything yourself, but about creating an environment where others can thrive too.

Q4. What support or mentorship helped you grow?

I’ve been fortunate to receive support from everyone, across departments from admin to operations  even in moments when I didn’t ask for it. Their help has always reminded me how collaborative our environment is.

Q5. What’s one lesson you’ve learned that you now apply daily?

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is about taking responsibility. Even if something isn’t directly my fault, I’ve learned to see it as my responsibility to make things better. Growth happens when you take ownership   when you notice problems early, step in, and make things right. It’s a mindset that keeps you grounded, accountable, and constantly improving.
